Interstice Global

Interstice studies culture as a system — not an identity to silo, but a structure that informs how meaning and intention translate, where friction can appear, and what often goes unspoken or misunderstood between people, organizations, and institutions. We do this in two distinct ways: through inquiry and through practice. The Atelier applies our experience and methodology directly with organizations and individuals, while the Institute studies cultural formation itself and shares what it learns.

The Atelier
Cultural Intelligence Practice

Works directly with organizations, brands, leaders, and individuals carrying a live cultural question: a brand entering a new market, a team navigating relocation or merger, an individual or family in cultural transition, an institution preparing to engage a new region or audience.

If the work is a defined engagement with a client and a deliverable — retained partnership, project work, an immersion day, or facilitation — it sits with the Atelier.

The Institute
Cultural Inquiry & Research

Exists for questions that need sustained, funded inquiry rather than a single engagement: research programs, grant-funded studies, university and academic partnerships, and initiatives that build public understanding of cultural formation — for universities, research institutions, and mission-aligned organizations.

If the work is research, scholarship, or grant-funded and serves an academic or public purpose rather than a single paying client, it sits with the Institute.
